Ideal for beginners as well as the advanced trainer
Because it incorporates such a wide range of exercises, I like to vary each session so that the challenges do not become stale.
I demonstrate each exercise at the start of the session, welcome any questions and will coach you throughout
Each exercise always has alternatives for all abilities
